The Mission of

The Long Branch Historical Museum Association

To restore and preserve the Church of the Presidents -- the only remaining structure associated with the presidents who vacationed in Long Branch -- as a museum, repository, and center for the study of all seven presidents and of the Gilded Age they brought to Long Branch.

The Vision of

The Long Branch Historical Museum Association

To establish the Church of the Presidents as a significant educational, cultural, and community resource that will instill pride in the region by providing a window into the lives of the presidents and the vivid history of Long Branch as a resort community.  And to work closely with the academic and cultural communities to explore the social, political, and artistic fabric of the history of Long Branch and the Monmouth County shore region.
